Grout Prism Liners & Spacers

The Grout Prism Liner & Spacer System is designed and manufactured to meet the requirements of ASTM C1019 (Standard Test Method for Sampling and Testing Grout), providing a fast, reliable method for producing accurate grout prism specimens.

The system utilizes a pre-assembled ultra-thyin corrugated liner and rigid plastic spacers to ensure consistent specimen geometry while simplifying the pinwheel forming method.

Grout Prism Liner (GPL)

• Constructed from engineered corrugated cardboard based on Deslauriers’ patented GSB design
• Slotted surface allows moisture to pass through to the block
• Pre-assembled size: 3-1/2" square x 7-3/4" high 
• Liner with the 3/4” plastic Prism Spacer forms a consistent 2:1 length to width ratio
• Produces consistent, precise specimen geometry
• Prevents specimens from adhering to the block
• Modular design allows for fast setup of the ASTM C1019 pinwheel method
• Features interlocking tabs for easy assembly and a true square shape

Grout Prism Spacer (GPS)

• Manufactured from rigid, non-absorbent plastic
• Non-reactive to grout constituents
• Ensures proper alignment and squareness during mold assembly
• 3/4" thickness provides correct specimen height and 2:1 length-to-width ratio
• Durable, reusable, and easy to clean
