Box Voids

$16.57

Deslauriers Box Voids provide a versatile and economical means of forming concrete. They are used to create a void area under load-bearing beams or slabs, allowing space for soil expansion.  Box Void forms are designed to support the weight of fresh concrete long enough for the concrete to cure and support itself on slabs, piers, or beams. As a paper product, the form absorbs moisture from the surrounding soil and concrete, and its supportive strength gradually diminishes to create the intended void.

  • One-piece unit — no stapling, taping, or banding required
  • Easy assembly -self-locking design requires only one person
  • Double wall partition support
  • Closed ends eliminate the need for end closures and prevent concrete leakage
  • High vertical strength — 1200 lbs per sq. ft.
  • Lateral stability eliminates the need for side bracing
  • Made from double-faced corrugated fiberboard
  • Laminated for added durability

Available sizes:

  • 12" wide x 4" deep x 4' long
  • 12" wide x 6" deep x 4' long
