Peri-Form Adapter (Domino form)

The Peri-Form Bullnose Adapter allows Deslauriers standard round column forms to be used with PERI DOMINO panel wall forms and a DRS Alignment Coupler.

• Designed to draw Deslauriers round column forms flush with the inside of the DOMINO panel once the DRS Alignment Coupler is secured
• Fits between the legs of the DRS Alignment Coupler, capturing the adapter and preventing it from sliding during installation
• Enables secure integration between Deslauriers column forms and PERI DOMINO wall forming systems
