Peri-Form Adapter (TRIO form)

The Peri-Form Bullnose Adapter allows Deslauriers standard round column forms to be used with PERI TRIO panel wall forms and a BDF Coupler.

• Designed to draw Deslauriers round column forms flush with the inside of the TRIO panel once the BDF Coupler is secured
• Fits between the legs of the BDF Coupler, which captures the adapter and prevents it from sliding during installation
• Enables secure integration between Deslauriers column forms and PERI TRIO wall forming systems
